1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the jomcuci website accessible at jomcuci.one, including all services, features and content provided through it. These Terms are read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jomcuci.

2.3 One Account Limit
Each individual is only permitted one active account at jomcuci. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Accurate Information
During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email and a valid identity card (MyKad). Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your jomcuci account password confidential. jomcuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, jomcuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address and payment method information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
jomcuci supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
4.2 Transaction Limits
- Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is received.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy

jomcuci offers a welcome bonus to new members in the form of a 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
5.2 General Promotion Terms

- jomcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse, including hedging bets or arbitrage techniques, may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

The jomcuci VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate, starting from up to 0.2% for Bronze, increasing to up to 1.0% for Diamond members. Tier advancement depends on a member's activity level and contribution to the platform.
6. Game Rules
All games available at jomcuci, including slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket and virtual sports, are subject to their respective individual rules. By participating in any game, you agree to fully comply with those game rules.
- Game outcomes generated by a random number generator (RNG) or live game providers are final.
